Can you win a trip to Barcelona?

We have a mission for you, and if you accept it, you and a friend could be heading to Barcelona.

Your task is simple: opt-in via the Challenges Window and join our Casino Challenge to get your ticket to a raffle draw on May 8. If you’re chosen from the draw, you’ll become one of our Casino agents and need to complete a series of Missions in Madrid, with the top prize being an all-paid trip to Barcelona.

Plus, there’s also ticket for EPT Barcelona up for grabs.

What is being offered

Players who take part in the Casino Challenge, available during the offer period, as specified below, will receive a ticket to the Raffle draw on May 8 and be in with a chance to win an entry to a Casino Challenge Madrid event taking place in the Sala Equis in Madrid. Raffle winners who participate in the Casino Challenge Madrid event will have a chance to win a trip to Barcelona and can also claim a Casino Instant Bonus worth €10.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 12:00 CEST on April 27 until 12:00 CEST on May 8, 2023.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

To take part in this offer, you must be at least 25 years of age and a registered resident of Spain. Furthermore, your account must be verified and have been approved for real-money transactions for at least 30 days. If your account has been reopened after temporary restriction you will only be able to take part in this offer once 30 days have lapsed since your account was reopened. Self-excluded players, players with a pending withdrawal request or an open request for a deposit limit increase are not eligible for this offer.

The offer is available to all players with a fully verified Stars Account.

Players must opt-in to the Casino Challenge via the Challenges Window during the offer period, as specified above, to take part and receive a ticket to the Raffle draw.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

1. Draw

Players will receive their ticket to the Raffle draw immediately following their opt-in.

The draw will take place on May 8, 2023, at 15:00 CEST. All players with a ticket to the draw will automatically enter it. Entries to the draw are limited to 50 per player.

2. Entry to the Casino Challenge Madrid event

The draw will award 50 randomly selected players with an entry to the Casino Challenge Madrid event. Event will take place at Sala Equis on June 1. Winners will be contacted via email with further details. Each winner can bring one guest who must be aged 25 or over and have a verified Stars Account which has been approved for real-money transactions for at least 30 days. Non-invited players will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event.

If agreed to attend, winners and their companions must make their own travel arrangements to the Casino Challenge Madrid event.

At the Casino Challenge Madrid event players will have a chance to complete a series of missions and win prizes, as follows:

3. Trip to EPT Barcelona prize

The winner at the Casino Challenge Madrid event will receive one ESPT Barcelona Main Event package ("Prize"). The Prize consists of:

• €1,100 buy-in for the ESPT Barcelona Main Event taking place between August 21-27 (one entry for the winner);
• Accommodation with breakfast at a hotel (one room for winner and companion to share); and
• €400 credited to the winner’s Stars Account to serve as a pocket money.

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to be bound by the PokerStars live events terms available at www.pokerstarslive.com/about/tos/.

The winner’s companion must be aged 25 or over.

The Prize does not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the prize description. The winner and their companion are solely responsible for, and PokerStars will not be liable to reimburse the winner/their companion for, any such additional charges and expenses.

All elements of the Prize are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the Prize.

4. Casino Instant Bonus

Raffle draw winners will also be eligible for a Casino Instant Bonus, provided they attend the Casino Challenge Madrid event. The maximum value of Casino Instant Bonus is €10 per player. To claim their Casino Instant Bonus, players need to login to their Stars Account after 19:00 CEST on June 2 and accept it via the Challenges Window.

Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 72 hours after being credited if the wagering requirements are not fully met. 

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Casino Instant Bonus can be used to play any Casino games. To convert the Casino Instant Bonus, and any winnings, into cash that can be withdrawn, players must earn 5 redemption points per €1 of Casino Instant Bonus awarded before the bonus expires. 

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points to convert the bonus to cash have been earned. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
