What is being offered

Play’n GO Challenges offer consists of 12 challenges in total, i.e. 3 challenges per qualifying Casino game (each presented in a row).

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 10:00 CET on November 18 until 00:59 CET on December 1, 2025.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is available to any player who holds an active and verified real-money account with PokerStars.

To participate in the offer and have their progress measured, players must opt-in via the Challenges Window and then complete different challenges on each row during the offer period by playing qualifying Casino games. There are 3 challenges available to complete on each row. Players must complete the challenges in sequence. Multiple challenges cannot be completed at the same time.

Only one initial opt-in is required. Any wagers placed prior to opting in will not count towards the progress.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Play’n GO Challenges can only be completed by playing selected Play’n GO games, as specified in your Challenges Window’.

Minimum wager per spin applies to all qualifying rounds, as specified in your ‘Challenges Window’.

Players can only complete each of these challenges once.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Players will then receive a random prize immediately upon completion of each row, i.e. one prize per 3 completed challenges, as specified in your ‘Challenges Window’.

All prizes will be credited inside a Chest. Players will need to open the Chests to claim their prizes. Unopened Chests will expire 72 hours after being issued.

Free Spins can only be used on Fire Joker, Legacy of Dead, Book of Dead and Tome of Madness Slots games and may not be exchanged for cash or Free Spins on other games. Each Free Spin will award a wager of €0.10. Winnings from Free Spins will be paid once all spins have been played and be awarded as cash with no withdrawal restrictions or wagering requirements. Free Spins will expire in 72 hours after being credited. Upon expiry, all remaining spins and pending winnings will be lost.

Casino Instant Bonus won as part of this offer can be used to play any Casino games. Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 72 hours from issue if the wagering requirements are not fully met.

To convert the Casino Instant Bonus, and any winnings, into cash that can be withdrawn, players must earn 1 redemption point per €1 of Casino Instant Bonus awarded before the bonus expires. When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Casino Instant Bonus balance first (if it has been brought to the game), and from the currently available real money balance second.

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points to convert the bonus to cash have been earned. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.

Cash prizes don't carry any wagering requirements and can be used in any games, but cannot be assigned or transferred.
