Complaints Procedure

We hope that you're happy with everything we have to offer you.

If you have a complaint though, here's how you can let us know:

Step 1: Contact us via our software, mobile app or website within 3 months of the event/bet taking place. Give us as many details as possible. Our Customer Service team resolves most complaints promptly. More complex cases might take longer and will be resolved by our Complaints team.

Step 2: If you feel we've not handled your complaint well, contact the General Gambling Directorate (DGOJ) following our final decision. There are services available to you that offer dispute resolution here at the DGOJ website (in Spanish).
