Paysafecard: Deposit instructions

You can buy your paysafecard online through the tiendaprepago website.

To make your purchase you need:

• Your mobile phone (phones only from Spain)
• Visit the paysafecard website
• Sign up on the tiendaprepago website

A payment can be made using one of two options, the first option is Hal-Cash:

If you are a customer of one of the following banks you can buy your paysafecard without leaving home in the amounts of 10€, 20€, 50€ and 100€.

• Bancaja
• Grupo Banco Popular
• Bancopopular-e.com
• Nova Caixa Galicia
• CajaMar
• Cajasol
• Caixa Penedes
• Caja Laboral

The second option is to visit the website and follow these steps:

1. Verify your mobile number (you will need to verify only the first time)
2. Go to an ATM from La Caixa in which you can enter the money without an envelope
3. Choose the option to Deposit money and enter the following details:
   • Concept of Deposit / Receiver: Letter 'T' + mobile number.
   • Office: 1742
   • Account: 0200104506
   • Amount: xxx euro

Important: Using this input mode can only be purchased pins 50€ and 100€. You will receive the paysafecard PIN through a SMS on your mobile in about 1 hour. There are no fees for this service.

To make a deposit, go to our 'Cashier' and follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Cashier' and select paysafecard.
2. Choose or enter your deposit amount in Euros and select Deposit.
3. When the paysafecard website opens up, enter your voucher information and agree to their terms of service.
4. Select Pay now and then OK.
5. Once you return to our 'Cashier', close the window and select Continue to process the transaction. You will have 10 minutes to complete it.

Your funds will be credited immediately.
