Mandatory changes of our special offers
Since May 1, 2021, pending withdrawals and requests to increase your daily, weekly, or monthly limits affect your personalized special offers. These changes are part of the requirements of the Royal Decree 958/2020, published in November 2020:

What does this mean for me?
- If you request a withdrawal, you won't be able to take part in any personalized special offers until your withdrawal is completed. Once that's done, you can take any personalized offer that you like.
- If you request an increase of your daily, weekly, or monthly limits, no new personalized special offers will be available to you for 30 days after your new limit is approved. Once this time frame has passed, you'll be able to take part in personalized offers. Any offers to which you were already opted into before requesting a change in deposit limits will still be available to you and any prizes detaching from such offers will be honored. Likewise, any qualifying bets/stakes will count towards the completion of offers such as Leader Boards.
