Tax information

We don't deduct tax from any withdrawals that players receive. However, laws vary by jurisdiction, so it is the responsibility of each player to follow the law of their respective region.

In line with the terms of our license, we provide regular information to our data vault in Spain. The Spanish gaming regulator (DGOJ, Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego) can access this vault and calculate a player’s gambling winnings from this data.

We don’t actively send gambling winnings information to the Spanish tax authority (Hacienda). There is not an automatic exchange of information between DGOJ and Hacienda. However, if Hacienda requests information regarding a tax audit or tax investigation about a specific player, we will provide that information.
