Teleingreso enables Spanish customers to pay for goods and services online using a variety of offline payment methods including ATMs, Post Offices and retail outlets.

Teleingreso is fully integrated via the Cashier. When you click on ‘Cashier’ and then on ‘Make a Deposit’, you will see an option to use Teleingreso.
Select Teleingreso and click ‘Deposit’ (if using the desktop client). Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click ‘Submit’.
You will be asked to fill in your name and address details and click ‘Proceed’. You will then be shown your Teleingreso ‘Payment ID’ (please note this down). You will also be shown the date when the transaction will expire (30 days).
Please Note: The descriptor on your account statement for this transaction will be the Payment ID.
Once we have received confirmation of the deposit, we will update your Stars Account balance accordingly.
It is important that you visit the Cashier for each subsequent Teleingreso deposit that you wish to make, in order to get a new Teleingreso invoice. You will NOT be able to reuse an invoice.
