What is being offered
Players can claim a Welcome Freeroll ticket when they verify their Stars Account.
When is the offer being conducted
This offer runs from 04:00 CET on January 27, 2026, and is ongoing.
Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify
To be eligible for a Welcome Freeroll ticket, players must verify their Stars Account by completing and submitting a real money form in the Cashier, supported by the relevant documents, within 30 days of registration.
Claiming and redeeming the offer
Upon successful account verification, players will receive a Welcome Freeroll ticket, credited inside a Chest.
Players will need to open the Chest to claim their ticket. Once the Chest has been opened, players will be able to find their ticket by going to ‘My Rewards’ and selecting ‘Tournament Tickets’.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.
All tickets expire 30 days after being credited. They will hold no value once expired and will not be compensated.
Unopened Chests will expire 7 days after being credited.
Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game
Tickets don't carry any wagering requirements.
Welcome Freeroll tickets can be used to register and play Welcome Freeroll tournaments that take place within 30 days of the ticket being issued. Welcome Freeroll tournaments take place every Saturday at 20:00 CET.
What else do you need to know
If verification of an account is not completed, fails our compliance checks, or any document requested as part of the verification process is not supplied within a reasonable period – or, if supplied, fails to satisfy us as to the identity of the player wishing to open the account and/or the authenticity of such document – we reserve the right to refuse the offer
