A few of the main chances after acceptances have come out which makes this a little clearer. CURIE (13) met with good support on debut last start over 1100m at Gosford but lacked the turn of foot of the quinella runners. Needs this extra trip and from a good draw will get all the favours. SHANGRI LA BOY (14) is the one that will create interest on debut. Half-brother to Storm Boy by Pierro for Gai and Adrian. Plenty of trial experience so he should be ready to go. SARAPO (1) first-up from a 109-day break is the pick of the Waller runners. Only raced twice in the maiden campaign, with an eye-catching second on debut over 1200m at Gosford the better of the runs. Has trialled three times recently so should be forward enough. SNITZEL DANCER (12) is a half-sister to the stakes winner Pancho on debut for Ryan/Alexiou. Won her latest trial at Rosehill so she looks to have some ability. Market watch on TYPHOON ALI (8) who probably has more to offer than we have seen at the trials.
