GIDDY GAN'S JOY (3) hit a career peak two-back when saluting over 2400m at the Gold Coast. Steep jump in trip and grade when a struggling sixth over 3200m at the Gold Coast. Gets the right run here and can return to the winner's list. SUN TOPAZE (6) has finally drawn a decent gate and is due for a change of luck. Speared across from the awkward draw and found wanting late when fifth over 2370m at Grafton. Leading contender at the good odds. GRIPPING (1) has failed to fire all prep after being kept safe in the betting. Won twice at the trip and senior rider hops on today.
